Closing went probably as smoothly as something like this can, we set a _very_ aggressive schedule and landed within 1-2 days of the original target after the lender kept coming up with more requests for information. For whatever it's worth, I think our lender choices were also a little more limited because of some recent self-employment history where I did consulting for a bit while starting a company, and if anything I think it just speaks extra to Sergio being able to accommodate an unusual situation like this and being able to find lenders that will work with where you're at.
